The person who wrote the most number of characters with one pencil in the world ---- Sheng Aimin
From February 2013 to July 2014, Mr. Sheng Aimin from Anshan City, Liaoning Province, China, wrote a total of 430,080 small Chinese characters in regular script by a common HB pencil (with the total length of 176 mm and the diameter of 2.08 mm to pencil core). This set the world record granted by the World Record Association for being the person who wrote the most number of characters with one pencil in the world.
