2019年2月23日，香港特别行政区政府食物及卫生局;降低食物中盐和糖委员会; 食物环境卫生署食物安全中心; 毕克(香港)有限公司; Memo Plus Production; 香港专业教育学院(观塘/柴湾) 在香港大馆检阅广场进行「最大的方糖金字塔」世界纪录挑战活动，该方糖金字塔底部长度为 120厘米， 阔度为 112厘米，高度为 44厘米，创世界纪录协会「最大的方糖金字塔」世界纪录。
The biggest cube sugar pyramid
On February. 23rd 2019, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food, the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, the Pico International (HK) Ltd, the Memo Plus Production, and the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Kwuntong/Chaiwan) carried out a world record challenge activity at the parade ground of Tai Kwun, Hong Kong, to construct a sugar cube pyramid with the base measuring 120 cm long and 112 cm wide, and the height of 44 cm. This set a world record granted by the World Record Association for being “the biggest sugar cube pyramid” in the world.
